What kinds of data can I bring into Marvin?

Learn how Marvin lets you easily collect all kinds of customer knowledge in one place

With Marvin, you can centralize all your customer, brand, and market data into one searchable system that learns and compounds in value over time. Connect everything in one, searchable hub to surface and share insights across team.

Record user interviews, focus groups, phone calls, and in-person meetings. Or sync with your other tools to automatically import usability tests, surveys, support tickets, customer and participant data, documents and lots more.

Record user interviews and meetings

Add Marvin's AI notetaker to meetings to record and transcribe the conversation. Annotate transcripts to highlight and tag insights, and connect them to the rest of your data.

  1. Sync the AI notetaker to your calendar, so you can easily add it to calls on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams. The notetaker can join any meeting invite, letting you record studies you run on any tool, such as Rally.

You can take notes while on the call and mark key moments with a single click so you can focus on the conversation.

  2. Record phone calls directly from Marvin. Take notes while on the call, and access the record at any time. Share the files with your team so they have access to the insights as well.
