Marvin integrates with Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar. When you connect your calendar, you’ll be able to see all your meetings in Marvin. You can then easily schedule bots or invite a bot when you start a new meeting.

To connect your calendar, click 'Integrations; in the left navigation menu, then click 'Connect' under the calendar you use.

Log in with your account details.

You'll see this list of permissions for Google Calendar.

Outlook will ask you for a different set of permissions.

Give Marvin permission to access your calendar. That’s it, you’re all set!

You’ll see your meetings in the 'Meetings & live streams' tab

Marvin will also know when you’re already in a meeting, so you can invite a bot to the call. Learn more about recording calls on Marvin

A. No, you will have to invite the bot to the meetings you want it to record.
