Need Marvin’s notetaker for in-person focus groups or team meetings? We got you covered. Take Live Notes while you record the meeting with your device.
How do I record offline meetings?
Go to the project where you want to save the recording. In the “Files” tab, select “Add new files” and choose the option “Audio recording”.
Give Marvin permission to use your microphone in case you haven’t already enabled this.
You’ll see which device Marvin is using to record the meeting. In case you want to switch to another audio input, such as headphones, choose it from the drop down menu. Once you’re ready, click “Start recording”.
You’ll see a Live Notes page where you can take notes just as you would for other calls.
Select your discussion guide to tag answers to specific questions. Add labels or mark quotes with the shortcuts shown on the page. You have an option to pause the recording if required.
Once you’re done with the meeting, click the stop icon to end the recording. You can access the interview in your project or from the Live Notes page.
That’s all! You’re ready to record offline meetings.
