Record offline meetings with Marvin's AI notetaker

Need a transcript for an in-person focus group or team meeting? We got you covered. Take Live Notes with Marvin's AI notetaker while you record the meeting with your device.

Admins, Full seat users, and Collaborators on all plans can record in-person meetings.

How do I record offline meetings?

From Home or Projects, navigate to the project where you want to save the recording. In the Files tab, select Add new files > Record a meeting > Record audio.

Give Marvin permission to use your microphone in case you haven’t already enabled this.

You’ll see which device Marvin is using to record the meeting. In case you want to switch to another audio input, such as headphones, choose it from the drop down menu. Once you’re ready, click Start recording.

You’ll see a Live Notes page where you can take notes, tag questions to the discussion guide, add labels, and more, just as you would for other calls.

Select your discussion guide to tag answers to specific questions. Add labels or mark quotes with the shortcuts shown on the page. You have an option to pause the recording if required.

Once you’re done with the meeting, click the stop icon to end the recording. You can access the interview in your project or from the Live Notes page.

That’s all! You’re ready to record offline meetings.
