You can bring in all your research and files from Sharepoint into Marvin. Import interviews, usability studies, and documents stored in Sharepoint in just a few clicks. Combine them with the rest of your team’s research in Marvin to conduct enhanced analysis.

How do I integrate with Sharepoint?

You’ll see an option to connect to Sharepoint on the Integrations tab.

Once you click "Connect", you’ll see a pop-up window* to log in to your Microsoft Account. The integration only works with Microsoft work and school accounts.

*Please check that your browser settings allow pop-up windows.

Please enter your credentials and grant Marvin access to Sharepoint.

You can also follow these steps to integrate with Sharepoint the first time you try to import files.

Importing files from Sharepoint

In any project, navigate to “Add new files”, select “Import files”, and then click “Import from Sharepoint”.

Choose the files you want to import in the new window that opens up. Click "Select" to import

You’ll see confirmation of the import on your screen.

You’ll be redirected to the Marvin project, where you’ll see the imported files.

Q. Can I auto-sync folders in Sharepoint to a project in Marvin?

A. At the moment, you have to manually import any new files from Sharepoint into Marvin. We’re working on this and will upgrade the integration soon.

Q. Does the integration work with my personal Microsoft account?

A. No, you can only integrate a work or school account.
