Based on hours of user interviews, we've built out robust user roles so everyone in your organization can take advantage of Marvin.

Here's how we define each role:

  • Admin - Admin users can manage teams, users, projects, templates, + everything a Contributor license can do.

  • Contributor - Contributor users can conduct interviews, organize, analyze & share data + everything the Notetaker license can do.

  • Notetaker - Notetaker users can take notes on the Marvin note-taking application during interviews and live streaming meetings.

  • Viewer - Viewer users can search and find existing research.
