Chat with teammates on the Live Notes page while on a call or live stream

Updated over a week ago

What is Live Chat?

Do you ever need to collaborate with teammates during a research call? Perhaps to remind them to bring up a specific topic or question? You can message them within Marvin on Live Chat. Everyone on the Live Notes page and Streaming link can interact on Live Chat during the call.

Live Chat is particularly useful to discuss points while a call is going on, without disturbing other participants. With Marvin, you don’t need to open a separate app to message call participants. You can chat with them directly from the Live Notes page.

How do I use Live Chat?

Whenever you record a call with Marvin, you’ll have an option to take Live Notes.

You’ll see the Live Chat box on this page. Just click on the arrow to expand the chat box and chat with others on the call.

Tag a team member in your message to draw their attention to the chat box. Or see when someone is typing a message.

You can collaborate with people on the call as well as the Live stream.
