How do I export notes from Marvin to Figma?

Navigate to your project from Home or Projects. Select Analyze notes from the Analysis tab.

Select the notes you want to export by clicking the checkbox in the corner of a note. To select multiple notes, use the keyboard shortcut Command + Click. (You can click anywhere on the note and not just on the check mark).

Click the three dots in the top right corner and select Figma from the dropdown.

You’ll see a popup with a link and instructions to export the notes to Figma.

Copy the link and head to Figma.

Using the Marvin widget in Figma

Go to the Figma design file or Figjam to which you want to add Marvin notes.

Click on the Figma icon to pull up the main menu. Select Widgets and then Manage Widgets.

Search for Marvin in the search bar. You should see it as the first option.

Click Add if this is the first time you’re using the widget.

You’ll see an option to paste the link you had copied earlier. Click Next once you’ve pasted the link.

You’ll see your Marvin notes neatly arranged in your Figma design file or Figjam. You can expand the note, read the transcript and even go to the note in Marvin.

If your note had a label in Marvin, you’ll see it on Figma too.

You can drag notes to rearrange them. You can go ahead and edit your Figjam or design file.
