If you're not the host of a recorded interview, you can send Marvin Bot to join.

Simply click “Take live notes” on the left-hand side of your Marvin home page. Select the project you want this interview to live in, and you will be taken to the Live Notes page. At the top of the page, click the pink “Invite bot manually” button. Paste the video meeting link into the box, and click “Invite Bot.” Your bot will immediately sign into the meeting to record the call in Marvin and give you access to our Live Notes feature for your call.

If you are not hosting the meeting, remember to ask the host to check the waiting room and allow it in.
