We know how important it is to be able to share your research with your team. With our Notion integration, you can export Insights to existing Notion pages.
All Admins, Contributors, and Notetakers on Standard and Enterprise plans can integrate their accounts.
To begin, you need to integrate your Notion account with Marvin. Go to "Integrations" tab in the left navigation menu and select “Connect” under Notion.
You’ll see a pop-up window* to log in to your Notion account and manage permissions. You can control which pages Marvin can access. For all pages you select, it can view, edit, and create new content. Marvin will also request permission to view workspace users and their emails.
Click "Select pages" to manage the permissions.
*Please check that your browser settings allow pop-up windows.
Once the access and permissions are updated, you can shut the tab and return to Marvin.
To export any Insight created on Marvin, click on the three dots and select “Export to Notion.” You can export any Insight created on Marvin. Any document uploaded as an Insight from your computer or Google Drive cannot be exported to Notion.
Select the page on Notion to which you want to add the Insight.
You can now view the Insight in Notion. Some elements may not export exactly as they are on the Insight, such as:
Colored text and blocks
Embedded Playlists
Images inside tables
Certain fonts
Graphs
Text alignments

Q. Can I export a Playlist in an Insight to Notion?
A. You can't export the entire Playlist, but you can export individual clips in an Insight to your subpage in Notion. Add each clip separately to your Insight before you export it.
Q. How do I unlink my Notion account from Marvin?
A. Go to Integrations and select “Disconnect” under Notion.
