How to create insights reports

Many researchers and product teams are used to writing dense documents at the end of a project. With Marvin, you no longer have to wait. And even better — the result doesn’t have to be text-heavy or cumbersome.

Our dynamic Insights reports build off the interview transcripts, notes and videos you already have. The easiest way to start an Insight report is to go to the analyze tab, click on insights, give it a name and description, filter for the notes you want to use and start pulling important moments to Insights document. Once you add it to a new or existing Insight, Marvin opens a new tab for you, where you can immediately start to build out a comprehensive report of your findings. Change the hero image, highlight important moments, and convert the note to a verbatim quote.

Our customers tell us they love adding videos or playlists because the clips elevate the voice of users. They can hear the exact quote and see the exact emotions, which helps showcase to stakeholders how powerful qualitative user research can be.
