After collecting or adding notes to your file, whether it is a recording, an interview, a file or a survey, you can use Marvin's AI to detect themes, emotions, and trends across your data. AI analysis can organize your notes by these themes, and you can add your labels for more personalized organization.
To use AI synthesis on Marvin, simply follow these steps:
Navigate to the project
Click "Analyze" on the left navigation menu
Select the notes of which you would like to perform analysis. Use filters or group by function to drill down your notes and to select easier.
Choose "Create AI analysis"
Select the type of analysis that you'd like to perform
Start analysis
Marvin AI will run analysis using the transcript, text, labels and your notes to generate themes, sub-themes, emotions or trend.
You can rename the name of the generated AI summary by clicking the name and make the edits. To access previously generated AI summary of the project by you, go to "Analyze" and click "Your recent AI analysis".
