Troubleshoot slow or failed uploads to Marvin

Check and update your network and VPN settings to troubleshoot failed uploads

Initial troubleshooting

If you or your team is having trouble uploading files, please try this first:

  • Retry the upload to rule out temporary network issues.

  • Switch networks: Try a different Wi-Fi network or a mobile hotspot.

  • Restart your network connection: Disconnect and reconnect to Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

  • Try a different browser: Switch to an updated or recent version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.

  • Disable VPN or proxy: If enabled, temporarily disconnect and retry the upload.

If the upload goes through without the VPN, your IT/network administrator will need to update some VPN settings.

Update VPN settings to allow and speed up uploads
